Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant / Inside Sales professional to join our team. This role combines essential administrative duties with proactive inside sales responsibilities, providing vital support to our office operations while engaging with clients and prospects to drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Manage office operations including filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients, ensuring efficient time management
- Support inside sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, following up on leads, and promoting products or services
- Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing invoices using QuickBooks or bookkeeping software, and maintaining accurate customer records
- Perform office management duties including supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness at the front desk, and overseeing office equipment functionality
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is required; familiarity with office management tasks is highly preferred
- Proven customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Experience using multi\-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, proofreading, and document organization is essential
- Previous experience in roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not mandatory
