At NP Power we are searching for a motivated Billing and Logistic Assistant who is an excellent multi\-taker with exceptional communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate is an experienced Bookkeeper to assist our day\-to\-day accounting requirements and coordinate logistic shipping matters. Confidentiality, excellent organizational and accounting skills, as well as accuracy are very important for this position. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi\-tasker, reliable and committed to meet deadlines.

Job Duties:

Use QuickBooks to record and update incoming payments for customers and outgoing payments reports for company expenses on a daily basis;

Responsible for monthly reconciliation according to bank statement and Quick book records;

According to the receipt template, delivery template and inventory template of the headquarters, collect the data of the purchase, sales and inventory of the US office, maintain and send it to the headquarters in a timely manner every month;

Maintain and update Inventory report daily;

Process and manage A/P and A/R daily;

Manage on customers due invoices, send them to relevant sales reps timely and follow up with sales reps to get payment back on time;

Responsible for providing Balance Sheet and Profits and Loss to CPA quarterly for tax filing;

Connect with the headquarters and send relevant data to assist the headquarters in the calculation of the salary of the staff in the US office;

Manage all mail and paperwork;

Coordinate Logistic matters including but not limited to schedule a pickup truck, follow up with trucking companies etc.

Administrative Assistance;

Coordinate regular property inspections, maintenance, and reports;

High level of productivity, analytical ability, self\-motivated, go\-getter, attention to detail, able to work independently, meeting deadlines, multi\-tasking and organization skills.

Job Requirements:

1\. Bachelor degree, finance or finance related major is preferred;

2\. QuickBooks: 2 years (Required);

3\. Proficiency in using Excel tables;

4\. Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred);

5\. Administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred).

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $3,500\.00 \- $4,000\.00 per month
