Join our dynamic property management team as an Assistant Property Manager and become a vital part of creating exceptional living experiences! In this energetic role, you will support the day\-to\-day operations of an apartment building with nearly 40 tentnats, ensuring smooth leasing processes and outstanding customer service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members alike.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leasing activities, including showing units, and upselling available amenities or services to prospective tenants.
- You will receive a bonus payment for the showings that result in successful tenancy agreements.
- Provide on\-site support for existing tenants with maintenance needs.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and liaise with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues. All maintenance requests come through our rental software.
- Handle any local filings that need to take place in\-person, including written notices to tenants.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette, conflict management, and proactive communication to resolve resident concerns effectively
- Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and managing tenant files in accordance with legal and company policies.
- Supervising any work that is done on the property to make sure the venders have done their work properly.
- Prior experience in leasing and selling real estate properties is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services or amenities while maintaining positive tenant relationships
- Familiarity with maintenance issues is considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of landlord\-tenant law.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle conflict management and negotiation confidently
- Office experience involving contracts, legal documentation, data entry, filing systems, and office etiquette is advantageous
- Experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination will be considered a plus

Pay: $25\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 8 per week
