Vai Models is a start up modeling agency. We have been around for a little over a year. You will be working directly under the director of this modeling agency. Commission is also included on top of pay. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars for models and agency executives using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including email correspondence, document proofreading, transcription, and data entry.
- Organize and plan events such as photoshoots, casting calls, meetings, and industry networking events.
- Handle office management duties including filing, front desk reception, phone etiquette on multi\-line systems, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards when interacting with models, clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Taking Calls and Phone calls with clients and talent
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative support role within an office or agency environment.
- MUST have some experience in fashion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems and front desk operations.
- Sales Experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills combined with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
