We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Part\-Time AI Proficient Admin Assistant with CRM Experience to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate data entry within CRM platforms, updating client information and tracking interactions
  • Support office management tasks such as proofreading documents, and organizing digital records
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform clerical duties including supporting administrative workflows
  • Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries via email or direct messaging promptly and professionally
  • Support personal assistant responsibilities such as managing schedules and coordinating tasks for team members
  • Skills

  • Proficiency in AI tools and applications relevant to administrative functions
  • Strong experience with CRM systems for customer relationship management
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
  • Demonstrated office management experience with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and data entry
  • Experience in clerical tasks such as document proofreading, and calendar management
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high\-quality work standards
