Responsibilities
- Manage multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service
- Assist with data entry, filing, and processing transactions
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and client correspondence
- Provide administrative support to advisors and team members
- Maintain client files and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Support daily office operations and workflow coordination
- Provide exceptional customer support through clear phone etiquette and attentive service to clients and visitors
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
- Strong computer skills and digital literacy, including comfort navigating web\-based platforms and cloud based systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet dead lines in a fast paced environment
- Professional demeanor and polished communication skills
- Prior experience in a high performance or results driven office environment
- Experience in financial services or professional services industry
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Professional office setting; business professional attire required
