Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Handle incoming calls via multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courteous phone etiquette.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to emails, inquiries, and client requests.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure high\-quality communication.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices.
  • Support front desk operations virtually by managing appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow\-up communications.
  • Coordinate office management duties such as organizing files, maintaining digital records, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and familiarity with office equipment like multi\-line phone systems and using multiple softwares
  • Experience with customer service or customer support roles demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
