Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage all client follow ups after enrollment
  • Answer all in bound client calls, and respond to inbound texts courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally, including electronic records management
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation, scheduling, and communication
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs with a friendly attitude
  • Handle clerical duties such as copying, scanning, filing, and preparing reports or correspondence as needed
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry platforms
  • Strong multi\-tasking abilities with effective time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries
  • Experience in front desk operations or medical/dental receptionist roles preferred
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required
