- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks,
- Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and general ledger reconciliation to ensure data integrity
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting reports
- Assist with payroll processing, tax filing support, and governmental accounting requirements
- Support budgeting activities and financial report writing to aid management decision\-making
- Conduct account reconciliation tasks including debits \& credits, account analysis, and 10 key typing for data entry accuracy
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or administrative support within a corporate or non\-profit setting
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Some understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial concepts
- Experience with double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Knowledge of governmental accounting practices and tax experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools for financial report writing
