Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi\-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain accurate data entry using computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Organize files, documents, and records through effective filing systems and digital management tools
  • Support office management by coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing meeting logistics
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management
  • Support medical or dental reception duties as needed, including patient check\-in/out and appointment scheduling
  • Handle phone etiquette with tact and professionalism while supporting customer support efforts
  • Experience

  • Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are desirable
  • Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems, data entry procedures, filing systems, and calendar management is essential
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is advantageous
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service with strong phone etiquette skills
  • Familiarity with office management tasks such as time management, proofreading, and personal assistance experience enhances your candidacy
