    • Greet visitors, answer multi\-line phone systems, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
    • Manage front desk duties including handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
    • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for creating reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
    • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
    • Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices.
    • Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors.

    • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong typing skills combined with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.
    • Experience handling multi\-line phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
    • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively.
    • Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printers; experience with front desk operations preferred.
    • Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar tools is advantageous.
    • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus for understanding specialized workflows.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
