Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining excellent front desk and phone etiquette
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages efficiently
  • Handle data entry tasks, including filing, record keeping, and updating databases using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients
  • Support office management duties such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity
  • Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and visitors
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with front desk operations or personal assistant experience is advantageous
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy
