As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail\-oriented and creative Office \& Marketing Assistant to support both the behind\-the\-scenes operations and the voice of our brand. This is a dynamic, hands\-on role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Office \& Administrative Support
- Assist with daily office operations and general administrative tasks
- Manage data entry, filing, and document organization
- Support payroll, invoicing, and accounts coordination
- Answer phones and assist customers professionally
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Help maintain accurate records and reporting
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Help manage website updates and product highlights
- Support email marketing campaigns and promotions
- Design in\-store signage, flyers, and promotional materials
- Take photos and videos of plants, products, and events
- Assist with event promotion and community outreach
- Help monitor reviews and online presence
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented
- Creative and comfortable with social media platforms
- A strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Tech\-savvy and confident with basic office software
- Self\-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
- Positive, professional, and team\-oriented
- Marketing, communications, or business coursework/experience
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Photography and short\-form video experience
- Knowledge of plants, gardening, or landscaping
- Experience working in a small business environment
