Duties
- Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries with enthusiasm
- Manage multi\-line phone systems to handle member questions, appointment scheduling, and general information requests
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating member information using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
- Assist with calendar management for classes, appointments, and facility events to ensure smooth scheduling flow
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing phone etiquette, and handling clerical responsibilities efficiently
- Operate front desk equipment including computers, printers, and office supplies to ensure seamless daily operations
- Provide support for office management activities, including organizing files and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks when needed
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping skills
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse member base effectively
- Experience in clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, calendar management, and time management strategies
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; strong organizational skills are essential regardless of background
