Job Summary

Responsibilities .

  • Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for staff and executives.
  • Assist with clerical responsibilities including proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide customer service support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and offering assistance as needed.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks such as basic bookkeeping entries and supporting financial record organization.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly for optimal productivity.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and basic computer literacy.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are a plus; must demonstrate professional phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
