Are you autonomous, curious, innovative, and driven?
Do you want to grow with a practice that is modern, values\-led, and intentionally building the future of psychiatry?
At Metta Vita Health, we provide whole\-person, precision\-aligned outpatient psychiatry for children, adolescents, and adults. Our work integrates psychiatry, comprehensive assessment, therapy, functional medicine, coaching, neurofeedback, and brain\-based interventions to support meaningful, sustainable change—for patients and clinicians.
We are expanding our team and seeking a PMHNP who is excited to deliver premium, personalized care, grow clinically, and practice within a thoughtful, collaborative, and innovative environment. There is a major community need for child/adolescent and family systems care, and we’re building the team to meet it well.
Our Core Values
At Metta Vita Health, our values are not aspirational statements—they guide how we practice, collaborate, and grow together.
Growth Mindset
We embrace feedback, reflect on our growth, and view challenges as opportunities to strengthen ourselves and our practice. Curiosity, humility, and continuous learning are foundational here.
Whole\-Person Care (Mind \+ Body \+ Story)
We honor each individual’s unique story, identity, values, and lived experience. Our care considers lifestyle, nutrition, trauma history, nervous system regulation, environment, and relationships—not just symptoms.
Compassion \+ Humanity
We lead with empathy and presence. We listen to understand, not to respond. We speak and act with warmth, kindness, and respect—with patients and colleagues alike.
Integrity \+ Accountability
We do what we say we will do. We take ownership of our actions, uphold ethical and professional standards, and address mistakes with honesty, openness, and a commitment to repair.
Clinical Excellence \+ Curiosity
We pursue high\-quality, integrative care. We stay curious, ask questions, seek consultation when needed, and continuously expand our clinical skill set in service of better outcomes.
Collaboration \+ Respect
We value teamwork and diverse perspectives. We speak to and about one another with respect, clarity, and professionalism. We assume positive intent and address conflict directly and kindly.
These values guide our clinical decisions, our schedules, and how we support one another as clinicians.
