Job Summary
We’re looking for a high\-energy, organized, people\-savvy team player who can support both sales development and executive assistant work. You’ll help nurture leads, book meetings, manage follow\-ups, and keep things moving fast behind the scenes. If you love networking, travel, social media, and using AI tools to work smarter while staying detail\-obsessed. This is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Sales / Growth (SDR)
- Outreach and follow\-up via email, phone, LinkedIn, and text
- Nurture inbound and outbound leads and book demos/meetings
- Keep the CRM updated (notes, stages, next steps)
- Support conference networking: capture content, leads, follow up quickly, keep momentum
- Calendar management, scheduling, reminders, and follow\-up tracking
- Organize tasks, files, and simple processes so nothing falls through cracks
- Draft and polish emails/messages and basic documents
- Coordinate travel logistics when needed (flights, hotels, agendas)
- Are naturally organized and don’t need babysitting
- Have strong emotional intelligence, common sense, and communication skills
- Enjoy networking, sales conversations, and follow\-up cadence
- Are fluent in social media \+ email (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Use or learn fast: AI tools (ChatGPT), CRM, Google Workspace
- Can travel and thrive in a fast\-moving startup environment
- 1\+ year experience in sales support / SDR / admin / operations (or strong proof you can do it)
- Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / etc.)
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Reliable, responsive, and proactive
- Conference/event experience
- SaaS background
- Content creation / LinkedIn posting comfort
- Experience working directly with a founder/executive
