- Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong background with personal assistant responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced setting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools.
- Strong communication skills with professional terminology on phone.
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles.
- Ability to completion while maintaining attention to detail.
- Competence in proofreading, calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools.
