Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and filings.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up\-to\-date.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft correspondence, memos, and reports related to ongoing cases and client matters.
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and external parties.
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and maintain calendars for attorneys.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal environment.
- Prior experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast\-paced environment.

Requirements
Pay: $26\.35 \- $31\.73 per hour
