Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professional phone etiquette
  • Answer and direct multi\-line phone systems efficiently
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and communication
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar for staff or clients as needed
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Support office management activities such as supply ordering and inventory tracking
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person to ensure client satisfaction
  • Handle administrative tasks including typing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
  • Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with data entry, filing systems, and proofreading documents
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
