Job Title: Personal Assistant to Founder

Location: Remote

Job Type: Part\-time (with potential to grow)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Personal Assistant to support the founder of Coco McCall, a fast\-growing fashion and lifestyle brand. This role provides both personal and light business support and is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, systems, and helping a founder stay focused and efficient.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and room to grow.

Responsibilities—

Personal \& Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and reminders
  • Assist with travel planning and logistics
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and ongoing tasks
  • Handle virtual personal errands, gifting coordination, and follow\-ups
  • Support daily organization and time management
  • Business \& Administrative Support

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the brand, including emails and follow\-ups
  • Help prepare for launches, meetings, and projects remotely
  • Coordinate with team members, vendors, and collaborators as needed
  • Maintain organization of digital files, notes, and documents
  • Organization \& Systems

  • Create and manage to\-do lists, workflows, and routines
  • Help streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
  • Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time\-management skills
  • Highly proactive, reliable, and detail\-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
  • Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
  • Prior remote work experience
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, Canva, or project management tools
  • Interest in fashion, branding, or creative businesses
