    We are seeking a detail\-oriented Administrative Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, produce quick and efficient work product, work well in a fast\-paced environment, and optimize workflows and processes. This position offers a full\-time, Monday through Friday work schedule with hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

    \\Duties:\*\*

    \- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.

    \- Support attorneys in court preparation and litigation tasks.

    \- Handle client and potential client communication, intakes, and appointment scheduling.

    \- Maintain and update document management systems such as GoogleDrive.

    \- Run and analyze productivity reports and provide summaries to the managing attorney.

    \- Provide support to third party vendors and service providers such as bookkeeper, CPA, and equipment maintenance.

    \- Assist in various legal areas including Family Law, Civil Protection Orders, Estate Planning, and Domestic Violence.

    \- Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use by the office.

    \- Assist with legal research, document preparation, and case management.

    \- Perform drafting, review, and revisions of legal documents.

    \- Transcribe legal documents and correspondence.

    \- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    \- Ability to provide executive\-level administrative support, proactive planning, and workflow optimization.

    \- Strong attention to detail and motivation for growth.

    \- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    \- Exceptional phone and email etiquette.

    \- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

    \- Ability to take initiative and quickly transition between tasks when necessary.

    \- Proficiency in current technology softwares such as Gmail, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.

    \- Knowledge of document management systems like GoogleDrive.

    \- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

    \- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    \- Ability to receive constructive feedback with prompt implementation.

    \- Strong communication and follow through skills.

    \- Paralegal certificate, customer service experience, and soft skills training preferred.
