True Path Capital Strategies, LLC is a small, growing financial planning firm with a virtual\-first team of four. We deliver personalized wealth management solutions and are looking for a tech\-savvy operations professional to keep our client\-facing team running smoothly.

Role Overview:

The Director of Operations is a hybrid of Executive Assistant and Operations Manager who reports directly to the firm’s owner. This role ensures our client\-facing staff can focus on serving clients by managing operations, scheduling, HR, and virtual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client\-facing staff by managing calendars, meetings, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Oversee day\-to\-day operations and optimize workflows in a virtual environment.
  • Implement and maintain operational processes and document management systems.
  • Handle HR functions, including onboarding, time tracking, and policy compliance.
  • Assist the owner with correspondence, task prioritization, and internal communications.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • 3\+ years in operations, office management, or executive support.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Comfortable managing scheduling systems and supporting a client\-facing team.
  • Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and time\-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently in a small, fast\-paced team.
