Position Overview

This role supports the executive leadership team across a wide range of business and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys variety, and delivers concierge\-level support with professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities may include executive scheduling, project coordination, errands, family support, event assistance, and general operational tasks. No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Executive and Business Support

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel coordination
  • Prepare presentations, reports, documents, and executive communications
  • Track tasks, follow up on action items, and provide status updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Maintain basic project management systems and documentation
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to leadership
  • Personal and Family Assistance

  • Assist with family\-related tasks including scheduling, homework support, and coordination
  • Handle local errands, pickup/drop\-off, and deliveries within a 30\-mile radius
  • Coordinate medical appointments and personal commitments
  • Support household logistics such as meal prep coordination, trash/recycling, and organization
  • Concierge\-Level and Operational Support

  • Provide professional, discreet, white\-glove support to executives and guests
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
  • Assist with event planning, on\-site coordination, and facility readiness
  • Help ensure safety, security, and smooth day\-to\-day operations
  • Marketing and Digital Support (as needed)

  • Assist with presentations, flyers, banners, and basic marketing materials
  • Update websites and publish content when required
  • Support online reputation management by monitoring and responding to reviews
  • Experience with social media is preferred but not required
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Expert\-level calendar and schedule management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Comfortable supporting both business and personal tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Office 365 (Outlook required)
  • Typing speed of 50\+ WPM
  • Strong problem\-solving and critical\-thinking skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Experience:

  • Brand ambassador/promotions: 1 year (Preferred)
