Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant provides high\-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to a high\-demand entrepreneur. This role is responsible for managing priorities, improving efficiency, and ensuring day\-to\-day operations run smoothly in a fast\-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail\-oriented, tech\-savvy, and proactive.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, and time\-sensitive communications
  • Organize and maintain digital files, systems, and workflows
  • Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the executive
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow\-ups to ensure completion
  • Assist with operational projects and administrative initiatives
  • Support basic financial tracking, expense reporting, and documentation
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, research, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with social media coordination and digital organization
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Excel / Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed in a dynamic work environment
  • Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern technology platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self\-motivated, dependable, and adaptable
  • Experience supporting an executive or entrepreneur preferred
  • Work Environment

  • This position will work in an indoor manufacturing facility with controlled temperatures; may be exposed to bright lighting, loud equipment, airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts.
  • Fast\-paced, high\-demand entrepreneurial environment
  • May be remote, hybrid, or in\-office depending on business needs
  • Requires flexibility in hours and responsiveness to changing priorities
  • Frequent use of computers, mobile devices, and digital tools
  • Job Requirements

  • Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours; must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to use a computer and calculator for 8 hours or more.
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre\-employment background check with the local law enforcement or City Police Department.

    Pay: $22\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 30 per week
