Responsibilities:
\- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
\- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
\- Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
\- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
\- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
\- Assist with data entry, transcribing, and typing documents
\- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
\- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room reservations and catering arrangements
\- Provide support to other departments as needed
\-Basic Office Cleaning (Vacuum Rooms, Taking out Trash, Wiping down Instruments, etc.)
Experience:
\- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
\- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles (QuickBooks)
\- Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking accurate messages
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
\- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
