Flooring Sales Specialist (1099 \| Commission\-Only \| High Earnings)
Location: Sarasota / Manatee / Tampa Bay
Compensation: Commission\-Only (1099\) \+ Bonuses
We are a well\-established, high\-end flooring and remodeling company seeking a self\-motivated sales professional who can generate their own leads and close deals.
What You’ll Do
- Generate your own clients and leads
- Consult and sell flooring solutions (tile, hardwood, LVP, carpet, etc.)
- Prepare estimates and close contracts
- Hand projects off to our operations team
- No income cap
- Established brand and strong local reputation
- Pricing systems, vendors, installers
- Project management and admin support
- CRM and sales tools
- Flooring, construction, or home\-improvement sales experience
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Proven closer, self\-starter, professional mindset
- Flexible schedule
Compensation
* 20% commission on gross profit
* Accelerators up to 25% for high monthly performance
* Monthly performance bonuses
(Commission is paid on gross profit, not total contract value.)
