We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our team and support executive leadership in managing their daily operations. Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally across multi\-line phone systems, screening calls and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Provide executive administrative support including data entry, proofreading, transcription, and document management via DocuSign and other tools.
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, front desk duties, office supply inventory, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, including basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role with relevant office experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry systems.
- Demonstrated experience with calendar management tools such as Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience handling multi\-line phone systems.
- Attention to detail with proofreading and transcription abilities to produce accurate documents.
- Familiarity with office management software like DocuSign for electronic signatures and QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements
MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WORKING AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT.
EDUCATION: BACHELORS DEGREE IN HUMAN SERVICES, SOCIAL SERVICES, OR ANY RELATED FIELD PREFERRED.
