Duties
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including basic data entry and record keeping
- Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient
- Offer customer support by responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent service to clients and visitors
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office correspondence
- Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members effectively
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast\-paced environment
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not mandatory
