This Role
As our legal operational leader in the pre\-litigation process, you’ll ensure casework is executed with precision, efficiency, and empathy. You will manage and mentor a high\-performing team, drive quality outcomes for clients, and identify opportunities to streamline and scale operations across the board.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of legal operations professionals across a range of functions
- Oversee key pre\-litigation workflows—including claim initiation, medical record retrieval, police report follow\-ups, and lien resolution
- Drive quality and throughput across high\-volume personal injury caseloads
- Collaborate cross\-functionally with paralegals, engineers, and leadership to improve processes
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Maintain high\-touch communication with law firm partners and internal stakeholders
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and client\-centered service
- You have 5\+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims—on either the plaintiff or defense side.
- You bring strong people management experience, particularly in leading large or diverse teams in legal, healthcare, insurance, or other operational settings.
- You are highly process\-driven and excel in fast\-paced, high\-volume environments.
- You communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and attorneys.

You Might Be a Fit If You:
