About the Role

Ryze Claim Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Manager to lead the coordination and assignment of daily claims to field and desk adjusters using the Radius claims management system. This position plays a pivotal role in balancing speed, accuracy, and internal service level expectations in a high\-volume, remote\-first environment.

You will manage scheduling logistics for adjusters, oversee dispatch flow, and ensure every claim is deployed with strategic precision. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This is a mission\-critical role for anyone passionate about operational excellence in claims management.

Key Responsibilities

Claim Assignment \& Dispatch Operations

  • Assign claims in Radius based on adjuster qualifications, region, and availability.
  • Monitor unassigned claims and drive timely deployment aligned with SLAs.
  • Track adjuster acceptance and follow escalation protocols.
  • Manage adjuster workload and territory capacity to ensure balance.
  • Adjuster Coordination \& Scheduling

  • Coordinate adjuster scheduling, PTO, inspections, and travel.
  • Maintain PTO tracking and workforce data for reporting and payroll integrity.
  • Identify and document field coverage gaps.
  • Communication \& Protocol Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for dispatch\-related adjuster inquiries.
  • Deliver updates and escalations to internal stakeholders.
  • Apply established internal rules and system qualifications during dispatching.
  • Reporting \& Systems Oversight

  • Run and distribute daily/weekly dispatch performance reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy within Radius and internal systems.
  • Leverage Mapsly and shared databases to evaluate bullpen resources.
  • On\-Call Coverage

  • Participate in an on\-call rotation for after\-hours, weekends, and surge response.
  • Rapidly address urgent dispatch needs as they arise.
  • Qualifications

    Required:

  • 2\+ years in operations coordination, dispatch, or admin support (insurance preferred).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Familiarity with claims management platforms (Radius ideal).
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to participate in on\-call support and overtime as needed.
  • Preferred:

  • Experience in claims/insurance operations or field dispatching.
  • Logistics coordination for distributed or remote teams.
  • Calm under pressure with sound decision\-making ability
  • Work Environment

  • Remote role; must maintain productivity in a virtual environment. Candidates located in Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX are ideal.
  • Must be able to remain seated and work at a computer for long periods.
  • Occasional extended hours during surge/CAT events.
