Massage Therapist (LMT)
Position Summary
The Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) plays a key role in supporting patients’ healing and recovery within a collaborative, evidence\-based clinical setting. Working closely with chiropractors and acupuncturists, this role is ideal for a practitioner who is team\-oriented, coachable, and committed to a high standard of patient\-centered care. The LMT provides therapeutic, clinical massage in alignment with treatment plans and supports overall clinic culture through teamwork and ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care \& Clinical Excellence
- Provide up to 4 therapeutic massages per shift (5\-hour shifts) with 15\-minute breaks between sessions.
- Deliver massage services to a diverse clientele, including professional athletes, chronic pain patients, and individuals recovering from MVAs.
- Incorporate trigger\-point therapy, myofascial release, and deep\-tissue techniques where appropriate.
- Participate in treatment planning and accurate SOAP documentation.
- Maintain professionalism and patient\-centered care at all times.
- Be open to feedback, coachable, eager to learn, and willing to grow within a collaborative care model.
- Use Red Light Therapy and grounding tools (monthly access).
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Work in coordination with chiropractors, massage therapists and acupuncturists to provide integrated care.
- Train and gain hands\-on experience in structural integration and holistic healing modalities.
- Attend "together" events and support occasional clinic pop\-ups.
- Complete charting and administrative tasks as required.
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and group cultural events.
- Receive hourly for non\-massage\-related clinic tasks and events.
- Active Oregon Massage Therapy License (Required).
- Chiropractic Assistant certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, physical therapy, or sports rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Experience with cupping massage and gua sha or willingness to be trained.
- Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable delivering four massages per 5\-hour shift.
- Must be available for four half\-day shifts per week (minimum 20 hours):
- Two days 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Two days 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Two Saturdays per month 9 AM – 4:00 PM (5 clients)
- In\-person only. Remote work is not offered.
- 20 hours per week (part\-time) with structured shifts.

- Per massage rate: $42–$55 per session
- $18/hour for administrative duties, events, and training
