Ally Renewal is an exterior home services company serving homeowners across the Puget Sound and Spokane. We do roofing, soft washing, NexaNano roof coating, siding, windows and insulation. Our founding team previously built the fourth\-largest residential solar installer in the country. We run Ally Renewal on one standard: every customer ends the job as a 5\-star customer. The role You are the friendly voice our customers hear from the day they sign to the day they leave a review. This is a part\-time, work\-from\-home position. You'll call customers to schedule their work, keep our foremen's calendars straight, and follow up after every job. You'll also keep the office running for our leadership team: calendars, inboxes, records and the admin work that keeps the business organized. When something goes sideways, you're the one who listens, loops in the right people and gets the customer to a fix. What you'll do Schedule every job. Call customers to book their service and confirm dates. Before anything goes on the calendar, set clear expectations: what the crew will do, how long it takes, and what the homeowner needs to know. Keep the foremen on track. Work with each foreman on their schedule so they know where they're going, what the job is, and what the customer was promised. Manage foreman time cards. Review each foreman's clock\-ins and job timers every week, chase down missed punches, and make sure hours are logged to the right job before payroll. Close the loop. Let customers know when their service is complete, follow up afterward, and make sure they're happy with the result. Drive 5\-star reviews. Run quality control check\-ins after each job and ask happy customers to leave a review. Audit completed jobs. Review job photos, checklists and paperwork to confirm every job was finished and documented to our standard. Flag anything that needs a second look. Solve customer issues. When a customer is upset, listen, write down what happened, and work with the foreman and the executive team to get them a solution. Support the leadership team. Manage the partners' calendars and inboxes, schedule meetings, prep agendas, take notes, and track action items so nothing falls through. Run the office. Keep customer records and files organized in our app and Google Drive, handle vendor and supplier calls, process invoices and receipts, and keep company accounts and subscriptions up to date. Help with hiring. Schedule interviews, send onboarding paperwork, and get new hires set up with their accounts and tools. Help with roof proposals. When you have open time, help prepare and follow up on roof proposals. What success looks like You're winning in this role when customers and foremen never have to wonder what's happening next. Every sold job gets a prompt scheduling call and lands on the calendar with no surprises for the customer or the crew. Foremen start each day knowing exactly where they're going and what the customer expects. Every completed job gets a follow\-up, and our review count keeps climbing. Upset customers hear back fast and get a clear plan to make it right. Who you are Must have You're warm and clear on the phone, and you genuinely like talking to people. 1\+ years in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, office admin, or as an executive assistant. You're organized enough to juggle several foremen's and executives' calendars without dropping anything. You stay calm with an upset customer and know when to bring in help. You're comfortable learning new software: our scheduling app, Google Workspace, and a business phone and text line. You're self\-directed and dependable working from home. Nice to have Experience in roofing, construction or home services. Knowing your way around the Puget Sound, which helps when routing crews. Experience writing or following up on proposals.
