Posted Oct 26, 2026
BoardWise is seeking experienced legal practitioners to participate in a growing nationwide network serving individuals who hold professional or occupational licenses. Our technology platform supports professionals confronting regulatory questions, administrative complaints, disciplinary reviews, and other matters involving their licensing authorities. We connect individuals who need personalized legal guidance with independent attorneys practicing in the appropriate jurisdictions. This opportunity may appeal to solo practitioners, small\-firm attorneys, and established regulatory counsel interested in expanding their practices through occasional, well\-defined engagements. There are no assigned shifts, mandatory case quotas, or ongoing availability requirements. Your Potential Involvement Network participants may be considered for prospective client engagements involving professional credentialing, administrative enforcement, and licensing disputes. Depending on the circumstances, requested services may include: Advising professionals who have received correspondence from a licensing or regulatory agency Analyzing allegations and identifying relevant procedural considerations Examining written submissions, supporting evidence, and agency documentation Providing legal opinions concerning reporting requirements and administrative obligations Consulting on proposed disciplinary resolutions or negotiated agreements Helping clients understand available options, potential consequences, and next steps Identifying situations where comprehensive legal representation is necessary The attorney determines whether to accept any prospective client, the appropriate scope of services, and the legal strategies employed. Qualifications and Practice Background We are interested in hearing from attorneys with backgrounds in one or more of the following areas: Administrative and regulatory law Professional discipline and license defense Healthcare regulation and professional practice Occupational licensing and credentialing Government investigations or agency enforcement * Related litigation, compliance, or professional responsibility matters Candidates must maintain an active law license in good standing, carry appropriate professional liability coverage, and be authorized to provide the services they undertake. Experience advising healthcare practitioners, behavioral health providers, educators, or other regulated professionals is especially relevant. Applicants should also be comfortable conducting consultations electronically, evaluating documents, managing confidential information, and communicating directly with clients. Flexible Practice Arrangements BoardWise does not assign attorneys a fixed workload or require participants to accept referrals. Attorneys maintain responsibility for their own practices, including client screening, conflict\-of\-interest reviews, engagement documentation, professional compliance, and management of attorney\-client relationships. For each matter accepted, the attorney and prospective client independently determine the nature of the representation, anticipated deliverables, applicable fees, and service timeline. Compensation arrangements may include hourly billing or flat\-fee services, as permitted by applicable professional rules. Attorneys establish their own rates and receive payment from their clients. BoardWise facilitates connections and provides supporting technology; it does not supervise legal representation or direct an attorney's professional decisions. Why Consider Participating? Broaden your client reach: Connect with professionals seeking assistance in specialized regulatory matters. Maintain your autonomy: Continue operating your existing practice without employment obligations or exclusivity requirements. Choose your engagements: Evaluate each prospective matter individually based on your expertise, interests, and capacity. Offer defined services: Consider discrete consultations, document assessments, or other appropriately limited representations. Work virtually: Many prospective engagements may be handled through secure electronic communication, subject to applicable requirements. Application Information Attorneys interested in network consideration are invited to submit a résumé, professional biography, or summary of their practice. Please include information about your jurisdictions of admission, relevant professional experience, preferred engagement types, typical fee arrangements, general availability, and professional liability coverage. Bar registration details may be requested as part of the verification process. BoardWise may contact qualified applicants to discuss potential participation, platform procedures, and the types of matters that may be suitable for their practices. Important: This listing describes potential participation in an independent professional referral network, not an offer of salaried employment. No specific number of client introductions, engagements, or earnings is promised. Each attorney\-client relationship is established separately and remains subject to applicable legal and professional obligations. Pay: $100\.00 \- $300\.00 per hour Expected hours: 5\.0 – 20\.0 per week Work Location: Remote
