Data Entry/Giving Assistant

Alphanumeric is hiring a DATA ENTRY/GIVING ASSISTANT to work remotely out of the Research Triangle Park, NC with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements. Pay Range: $20 \- $25/hour. Job Description: Ensure all required documentation is attached to each grant request before it moves forward (application form, detailed budget, W\-9/tax documentation, program agenda, accreditation details where applicable). Follow internal processes and SOPs for intake, review, approval, and disbursement of grants. Screen incoming requests for completeness and eligibility against company criteria and therapeutic area priorities. Route requests to the appropriate review committee and document all decisions with a clear audit trail. Track request status end to end and communicate timelines and outcomes to requestors. Coordinate committee meetings, prepare materials, and capture minutes. Ensure compliance with company policies, the PhRMA Code, OIG guidance, and applicable regulations (e.g., Sunshine Act reporting requirements). Maintain accurate, complete records in the grants management system for audit readiness. Process approved payments and reconcile disbursements against budgets. Collect post\-activity documentation such as proof of performance, attendance records, and outcomes reports. Follow up on overdue or missing documentation and escalate when needed. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Medical Affairs, and Finance on reviews and policy questions. Monitor deadlines across the grant lifecycle and flag risks to timelines Support internal and external audits by producing complete request files. Prepare periodic reports and metrics on grant volume, spend, and turnaround times. Minimum Edcuation: Bachelor's Degree. Top Skills: 3\-4 years working with grants. Organized and accountable for owning/driving process.
