Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Educate families on financial concepts and available solutions Assist clients with customized plans for protection, savings, and debt reduction Support clients through the life insurance, investment, and home loan process Build long\-term relationships centered on trust and financial confidence Assist customers with their financial needs by offering appropriate products and services. Manage customer relationships through effective communication, and personalized service. Process loan applications, including origination, documentation, and approval workflows. Conduct fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard customer accounts and company assets. Utilize financial software to record transactions, update account information, and generate reports. Strong knowledge of loan origination, loan processing, debts \& credits, and cash management procedures. Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Basic math skills including retail math, banking calculations, and general numerical accuracy. Ability to detect potential fraud or suspicious activity proactively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance requirements. Prior experience with relationship management, sales, and banking operations is preferred.
