Tulsa, OK and Surrounding Independent Contractor Happy Hellos Cleaning Co. is looking for experienced, dependable residential cleaning professionals to join our team serving Tulsa and the surrounding communities. We're building Happy Hellos around a simple idea: customers deserve excellent cleaning without judgment, and experienced cleaning professionals deserve clear expectations, transparent payouts, flexibility, and a company that respects the work they do. This is an independent contractor opportunity for experienced professional cleaners. What You'll Do As a Happy Hellos Crew Member, you'll provide professional residential cleaning services in customers' homes throughout Tulsa and surrounding communities based on the availability you provide. Services may include: · Standard residential cleaning · Deep cleaning · Move\-In / Move\-Out cleaning · Focus Cleaning · Cleaning add\-ons Happy Hellos handles the customer\-facing business infrastructure, including marketing, customer acquisition, service pricing, booking, payment processing, and customer coordination. You focus on providing a professional cleaning experience. What You'll Earn Happy Hellos uses a simple, transparent payout structure. For fixed\-price cleaning services, Crew Members receive 50% of the Cleaning Service Price. For example: · $270 Cleaning Service Price → $135 Crew Member payout · $450 Cleaning Service Price → $225 Crew Member payout Focus Cleaning: Cleaning Service Price: $90/hour Crew Member payout: $45/hour Add\-ons also follow the same 50% Crew Member payout structure. Cancellation and rescheduling fees associated with assigned and accepted bookings also provide an applicable Crew Member payout under Happy Hellos policy. Fixed\-price cleaning payouts are service payouts, not hourly wages. The Crew Member receives the established payout for professionally completing the purchased cleaning service. Minimum Requirements To be considered, you must have: · At least 2 full years of professional cleaning experience · Reliable personal transportation · A valid driver's license and legally required auto insurance · Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment · A reliable smartphone with a working camera and internet/data access · Ability to travel to customer homes throughout Tulsa and surrounding communities · Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning · Strong attention to detail · Professional communication skills · Dependability and good time management · Comfort working independently in customer homes · Ability to follow purchased cleaning scopes and properly document completed work · Ability to take required before and after service photos · Willingness to complete applicable independent contractor onboarding requirements Who We're Looking For This opportunity is a particularly good fit if you: · Have professional residential cleaning experience · Can confidently organize and complete your work in a customer's home · Understand the difference between routine cleaning, deep cleaning, and conditions requiring additional work · Understand safe cleaning\-product and surface care · Notice details and take pride in the finished result · Communicate professionally and comfortably with customers · Respect customer homes, belongings, privacy, and access information · Know when a cleaning situation may be outside your scope or unsafe · Are comfortable using a mobile app for appointment information and documentation · Value kindness, professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer care What You Provide As an independent Crew Member, you provide your own: · Cleaning supplies · Cleaning equipment · Reliable transportation · Smartphone with a working camera and mobile service · Ordinary business and transportation expenses · Professional cleaning experience and judgment You are responsible for maintaining the tools and supplies necessary to professionally perform your cleaning appointments. What We Provide Happy Hellos provides the business infrastructure surrounding your cleaning appointments, including: · Customer acquisition and marketing · Straight\-forward pricing · Clear Crew Member payout amounts · Customer booking and scheduling · Payment processing · Service information and customer notes · Digital job management through QuoteIQ · Defined cleaning scopes and expectations · Add\-on options with fair pricing · The Happy Hellos Handbook \& Field Guide · Customer service standards · Documentation procedures · Management support when you need assistance with an appointment Flexible Availability Happy Hellos cleaning appointment hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week. FYI: Those are not assigned Crew Member shifts. Crew Members choose their own availability. Incoming cleaning appointments are scheduled and assigned based on Crew Member availability, service requirements, location, scheduling considerations, and business needs. If an assigned appointment does not work for you, you may decline it. Once an appointment is accepted, however, Happy Hellos and the customer rely on that commitment. We understand that flexibility is one of the reasons experienced cleaning professionals choose independent work, and our scheduling model is designed with that in mind. Before \& After Documentation Crew Members complete before and after service documentation for every Happy Hellos cleaning. This protects the customer, protects you, and gives everyone a clear record of the condition received and the condition left. You must be comfortable using your smartphone and QuoteIQ to review appointment information, take required photos, document services, communicate appropriately, and close out completed appointments. Independent Contractor Opportunity Happy Hellos Crew Members provide services as independent contractors rather than employees. Crew Members provide their own ordinary supplies, equipment, and transportation, and may provide services for other businesses or customers subject to the terms of their Happy Hellos contractor agreement. Crew Members determine their availability and may accept or decline assigned cleaning appointments.
