You’ll partner with shop leadership on daily operations: hiring and training the team, owning inventory and ordering, keeping the shop clean and food\-safe, and leading strong shifts on the floor. This is a hands\-on role (\~40 hours/week). You’re on the line, opening and closing as needed, and building people — not a remote coordinator job. Don’t have the perfect title on your resume?
