Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, relentless, and self\-motivated Executive Assistant \& Revenue Cycle Coordinator to support executive management across administrative, operational, and medical billing functions. This role is ideal for a proactive self\-starter with high tenacity, someone who takes full ownership of tasks, follows through until resolution, and thrives in a fast\-paced environment. You will manage executive daily workflows, handle end\-to\-end medical claims and revenue cycle management (RCM), and assist with core human resources and orientation processes. Key Responsibilities 1\. Medical Billing \& Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Eligibility \& Verification: Perform thorough patient insurance eligibility research and benefit verification prior to services. Claims Management: Ensure all medical billing claims are accurately built, scrubbed, and submitted in a timely manner. Denials \& Appeals: Conduct in\-depth claims research on rejections and denials; resubmit claims promptly with required supporting documentation. Timely Follow\-Up: Systematically track unpaid or outstanding claims to ensure steady cash flow and zero aging claim drop\-off. 2\. Executive \& Administrative Support Executive Coordination: Manage executive calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and prepare meeting agendas or briefing materials. Communication Intake: Filter and return incoming calls, field emails, and act assist with the point of contact for external communications. Action Item Follow\-Up: Take notes during meetings, assign action items, and aggressively track progress to ensure deadlines are met. General Operations: Handle general administrative duties, filing, correspondence, and operational task tracking. 3\. Human Resources \& Onboarding HR Support: Assist executive leadership with administrative HR tasks, documentation, and personnel records maintenance, schedule interviews. Orientation \& Onboarding: Schedule new hire orientations, assemble onboarding packages, and guide new team members through basic company policies and setup. Qualifications \& Requirements Experience: 2\+ years of experience in executive support/administrative assistance, alongside strong hands\-on experience in medical billing, claims submission, and denial resolution. Revenue Cycle Knowledge: : 2\+ years Solid understanding of Ohio Medicaid, prior authorizations, insurance eligibility verification, CPT/ICD\-10 coding practices, and clearinghouse workflows. Mindset \& Soft Skills: Self\-Starter: Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot obstacles independently, and work with minimal supervision. Tenacity \& Persistence: Unwavering drive to follow up on aging claims, unresolved emails, and pending executive action items. Detail\-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with strict adherence to accuracy and deadlines. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with EHR/Medical Billing software, Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace, and scheduling tools. Work Schedule \& Location Structure Hours: 30 hours per week (Consistent schedule to be finalized upon hire). Location Structure: First 90 Days: Full in\-office presence to facilitate hands\-on onboarding, training, and alignment with executive management. * Post 90\-Day Probation: Eligible for a hybrid or remote schedule based on performance metrics, claim timeliness, and task accountability.
