SUMMARY =========== Responsible for the safe, compliant and profitable delivery of all medical services across North and South America (and other locations as required) and playing a pivotal role in ensuring the overall satisfaction of RMI clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibility for service delivery to a wide range of domestic and international operations, both onshore and offshore. Accountability for strategic financial performance and budget adherence for all assigned projects – either directly or indirectly – and client accounts. Account management of key clients to ensure contractual obligations are met. Weekly reporting on staffing and project status to Vice President Operations – North America Engagement with key stakeholders within the business to maximise performance throughout all stages of the project lifecycle (planning, implementation, delivery and close\-down). Quality management of service delivery and development of procedures to ensure highest level of performance, accuracy and compliance with Company’s procedures, industry standards and client requirements. Overall accountability and quality assurance for all phases of the project life cycle from initial planning through implementation and closing Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to direct reports, including performance review process. Develop employees and foster a positive company culture, leading to business success. Overseeing project planning, including risk analysis, for current projects and potential new business. Completion and regular audit of project risk management workbooks for accountable and responsible projects. Provide support to deployed field staff through regular phone calls, emails, and interactions. Work with client’s operational points of contact to gather feedback and ensure competent job performance of field staff. Adjust working schedule as necessary to support global operations. Proactively identify new and current project staffing needs, working with HR, Talent Acquisition and the Clinical Governance teams to screen and hire field staff as necessary. Maintain a thorough understanding of scope of work and contract deliverables for new and existing customer accounts. Establish and refine systems and processes for increased operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Plan and coordinate annual meetings, continuing education opportunities, and skills evaluations for mobilised providers as needed and within budget. Review reports, identify and implement quality improvement opportunities. Serve as an emergency backup for short\-term deployments for other Project Management positions. Anticipate and identify client challenges, real and perceived, that may evolve and work with the appropriate internal and external resources to provide solutions. Communicate to the Vice president Operations – North America any potential or actual issues, problems, or additional project information which could have an adverse impact with recommended solutions. Assist in the review and approval of related time sheets, expenses, and applicable time\-off request(s), as directed by supervisor. Any other duties as required, commensurate with the post. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct responsibility for Project Managers, medical support and field staff on projects within their remit. QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE: Experience in a similar role managing multiple projects across multiple clients and locations. Experience managing a team of both external and internal staff. Ability to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload. Experience building and executing market or country entry plans. Financial understanding to include contract negotiation and project revenue forecasting. Experience in logistics and personnel coordination. Experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas Industry advantageous. Background in Business Development/Sales, and Client contract management and dispute resolution, ideal but not essential Demonstrable experience in business continuity/resilience/crisis management planning Previous recruitment experience essential Previous risk management and QHSE experience is advantageous. COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, general computer \& technology literacy. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative. A self\-starter, self\-motivated, highly flexible, with excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). Must be organized and detailed\-oriented.
