Executive Assistant to CEO
ABG, LLC
Los Angeles, CA, US
Posted Sep 15, 2026
We are seeking an exceptional, highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive business and personal support to a busy CEO. This is a remote position; however, the successful candidate must be based in Los Angeles and available to provide in\-person support when required. This is a high\-trust, high\-access role for someone who is extremely responsive, discreet, resourceful, and comfortable managing both professional and personal priorities. The CEO travels frequently, including internationally, and requires an Executive Assistant who can remain accessible across different time zones when necessary. The Executive Assistant will be expected to take ownership of the CEO’s day\-to\-day life, helping ensure that both business and personal matters are organized, anticipated, and handled efficiently. Responsibilities Manage a complex and frequently changing business and personal calendar Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and last\-minute changes Maintain detailed travel schedules and ensure the CEO has everything required before and during trips Monitor and help manage incoming emails, messages, invitations, and requests Draft emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO Coordinate with executives, clients, investors, advisors, employees, vendors, and other external contacts Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow\-up items Track important deadlines, commitments, and action items Manage personal appointments, including medical, grooming, fitness, reservations, and other personal commitments Coordinate family calendars, activities, events, birthdays, celebrations, and other important dates Assist with planning and coordinating family events, dinners, parties, travel, and special occasions Make restaurant, entertainment, travel, and personal reservations Coordinate gifts, purchases, deliveries, returns, and personal errands Liaise with household staff, service providers, vendors, drivers, property teams, and other personal contacts as needed Help manage invitations, RSVPs, memberships, tickets, and social commitments Handle personal travel arrangements for the CEO and family when required Maintain awareness of important personal and family commitments and proactively ensure they are organized Anticipate both professional and personal needs and resolve issues before they reach the CEO Handle highly confidential business, financial, family, and personal information with absolute discretion Provide occasional in\-person support in Los Angeles as required Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests across all aspects of the CEO’s professional and personal life Availability This is not a traditional 9\-to\-5 Executive Assistant position. The CEO travels extensively, and the Executive Assistant is expected to provide a high level of accessibility and responsiveness, including outside normal business hours when the CEO is traveling. Candidates should be comfortable with: Early morning or evening communication when required International time zones Last\-minute travel or scheduling changes Being reachable for urgent matters while the CEO is traveling Periods of particularly high availability surrounding important meetings, transactions, events, or trips While 24/7 availability is not intended to mean continuous active work, the successful candidate must be comfortable being the CEO’s primary point of support and reachable for genuinely time\-sensitive matters during travel. Ideal Candidate 5\+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, senior executive, family office principal, UHNW individual, or similarly demanding principal Must be based in the Los Angeles area Previous experience handling a combination of executive and personal responsibilities strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and time\-management skills Extremely responsive and reliable Excellent written and verbal communication Strong judgment and ability to prioritize without constant direction Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Highly proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendars, travel platforms, and modern productivity tools Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion Calm and solutions\-oriented when plans change unexpectedly Comfortable communicating with high\-level executives, family members, household staff, and sophisticated external contacts Willing and able to work around the CEO’s travel schedule when necessary No task is considered too big or too small; the right candidate is equally comfortable coordinating an important business meeting, reorganizing an international itinerary, making a personal appointment, or handling a last\-minute family request What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who takes genuine ownership of the role and becomes a trusted extension of the CEO. The right person doesn’t simply manage a calendar or book travel. They anticipate what is needed, stay several steps ahead, protect the CEO’s time, and make both their professional and personal life run more efficiently. You should be someone who sees a problem and solves it, notices details others miss, follows through without being reminded, and understands the discretion, flexibility, and responsiveness required when supporting a CEO with a demanding professional and personal schedule. Location: Los Angeles, California Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with occasional in\-person requirements Schedule: Full\-time with flexibility outside standard business hours, particularly during CEO travel Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience Pay: $80,000\.00 \- $120,000\.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
