Duties \& Responsibilities Create a welcoming, professional, and courteous environment Maintain high standards of customer service across the team Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information Confirm accuracy and efficiency in data entry and documentation Monitor appointment scheduling, phone calls, and front desk workflows Maintain compliance with organizational procedures and policies Assist with insurance verification and payment processing Required Competencies Strong communication skills Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment. Preferred Qualifications Preferred experience with scheduling systems, phone systems, and EMR/EHR systems.
