Job Description ------------------- HEALTHCARE CLAIMS ASSISTANT II Solve real\-world challenges that impact the frontlines of public health, life science, and clinical research initiatives as a Healthcare Claims Assistant II at GDIT. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Healthcare Claims Assistant II, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of North Carolina Medicaid. You will play a crucial role in processing orthodontic prior approval requests. Support clinically licensed review staff by preparing orthodontic cases for review timely and accurately. Collaborate with team lead, supervisor, orthodontic review staff, and other prior approval team members. Drive timely and accurate reviews and decisions on orthodontic cases and success meeting our contractual service level agreements. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
