Job Type Full\-time Unionized Position Code Not Applicable Job Description The Office of Admissions seeks an administrative professional to support the Domestic Field Programs \& Recruitment and the Student Relationship Management (SRM) teams, as well as the broader Office of Admissions. This position coordinates travel, college fair planning, and shipment of recruitment materials; manages office budget reconciliation, credit card administration, invoicing, and related financial processes; and provides general administrative and operational support, including calendar coordination, scheduling, and document preparation. The position also serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students, parents, high school personnel, and external partners, and delivering excellent customer service consistent with Syracuse University’s mission, both remotely and at in\-person events. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum: high school diploma or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office or administrative support setting; academic setting experience preferred. Budget management and/or financial/operational experience preferred.
