Information Technology (IT) Specialist is responsible for maintaining all of the computers, printers, and mobile devices as well as providing IT support for all users Maintains facility’s information system IAW security, privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures. Responsible for 24/7 operation of hardware and software + Implements and maintains interfaces between servers, appliances, and other hardware within the Enterprise + Analyzes, recommends and implements software replacements/upgrades; performs periodic maintenance; maintains systems and supporting users; and manages security. + Security management includes data/information access control, data encryption, data transmission and security compliance tracking. + Provides hands\-on and remote support for configuration, installation and maintenance of networked workstation equipment and peripherals. + Investigates and resolves software and hardware problems of computer users and provides other associated IS services. + Investigates software/system user requirements and implements software and data setup and configuration. + Responsible for maintaining the Multiple Functional Devices (MFDs – copier/printer/scanner). + Responsible for upgrades and maintenance for mobile devices. Adhere to facility, department, corporate, personnel and standard policies and procedures. Attend all mandatory facility in\-services and staff development activities as scheduled. Adhere to facility standards concerning conduct, dress, attendance and punctuality. Support facility\-wide quality/performance improvement goals and objectives. Maintain confidentiality of facility employees and patient information Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for: Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Experience: Two (2\) years data entry experience, preferably in a health care setting, with a working knowledge of computers and business software application programs and experience with in\-house processing systems. Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours.
