Front Desk / Office Assistant – Home Care Agency Location: Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Part\-Time We’re Hiring! We are seeking a reliable, organized, compassionate, and computer\-savvy Front Desk / Office Assistant to join our growing home care team. This position plays an important role in supporting our clients, caregivers, families, and daily office operations. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, friendly, and comfortable working in a healthcare environment. Healthcare or home care experience is required/preferred, and strong computer skills are required. Spanish\-speaking ability is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Greet caregivers, clients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phone calls and assist caregivers and clients with questions. Help caregivers with computer tasks, documentation, and electronic records. Assist caregivers with Sandata (EVV) clock\-in and clock\-out. Enter and maintain accurate information in computer systems. Organize caregiver reports and client records. Help prepare information for payroll and paychecks. Assist with new client assessments and related paperwork. Monitor caregiver credentials, licenses, and certifications to help ensure they remain up to date. Maintain organized office files and records. Support communication between caregivers, clients, and office staff. Assist with scheduling and other administrative duties. Support office tasks that contribute to the growth and success of the company. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and employee information appropriately. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Healthcare or home care experience is preferred. Strong basic computer skills are required, including email, documents, data entry, and working with computer systems. Ability to learn and use scheduling and healthcare software. Experience with Sandata/EVV is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment. Spanish\-speaking ability is strongly preferred. Professional, dependable, and compassionate. Previous experience working with elderly clients, caregivers, or in a healthcare office is a plus.
