Position Overview We are seeking a Part\-Time Operations Assistant to support the day\-to\-day administrative and operational needs of the business. This role is intended to help strengthen internal workflow, improve organization, support continued growth across multiple areas of the company, and serve as a primary point of contact in assisting clients individually throughout various stages of our process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, professional, and capable of working independently. This person should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating clearly and professionally with clients, handling sensitive information with discretion, and helping bring structure and consistency to a growing small\-business environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact in assisting clients individually throughout various stages of the company’s process Communicate professionally with clients by email, phone, and messaging, including follow\-up, status updates, scheduling, and general support Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and the broader team Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting setup, and follow\-up Help manage client communications, internal workflow, and day\-to\-day task coordination Maintain organized digital files, client records, and internal documentation Assist with onboarding, personnel records, and other HR\-related administrative tasks Support bookkeeping\-related administrative tasks such as invoice coordination, expense tracking, and record organization Help document, refine, and maintain standard operating procedures and internal processes Proofread and review documents for professionalism, accuracy, and completeness Perform data entry, document preparation, and general clerical support Help coordinate projects, deadlines, task lists, and operational follow\-through Assist with occasional ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all client and internal communications Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative, operations, client support, executive assistant, office manager, case coordinator, or similar support role preferred Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities at once Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with clients Comfortable serving as a primary point of contact and maintaining consistent follow\-up with clients Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proficiency with common office software, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email platforms, and basic document management systems Comfortable learning new systems, following structured processes, and helping improve internal workflows Resourceful, dependable, and solution\-oriented Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered What We Offer Flexible, part\-time role with mostly remote work Opportunity to play a meaningful role in both client support and internal business operations Exposure to multiple aspects of small business operations and workflow management Opportunity to help improve systems, procedures, and client\-facing processes Potential for long\-term growth depending on business needs Supportive team environment where your work has a direct impact Additional Details This is an at\-will part\-time position with competitive hourly pay.
