We specialize in helping clients lose weight, build muscle, and transform their lifestyles. After five years of incredible growth, we're looking for a passionate and skilled Nutrition, Mindset Coach to join our team. We specialize in helping people take their health to the next level. Most of our clients already have a good base of knowledge about eating well and training, but they want to enhance themselves and their performance. WE DO NOT DO BODYBUILDING NOR PROMOTE IT. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a solid coach who: Has 2\+ years of experience coaching clients for weight loss success online. Holds a personal training certification and has a strong understanding of fitness principles. Excels at using technology, including client management software. We use Everfit so this is a must. Conducting Zoom calls with clients and maintaining an organized calendar. Is comfortable with back\-to\-back Zoom meetings and delivering exceptional client support on camera. Is detail\-oriented, highly communicative, and passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Can maintain accurate records and support a growing roster of clients. Thrives in a team environment and collaborates effectively with others. Demonstrates health in their own personal fitness and their life refects their values. About the Role: $100 per client per month. Expect 2–5 new clients per week as your roster grows. Example Compensation: With a 50\-client caseload (approximately 25–30 hours/week), coaches earn $5,000/month or more. Support \& Growth: You'll be joining a team of 9 including assistants, coaches, and admins, managing over 100 active clients all over the country. Each coach currently manages 50\+ clients and earns $5,000–$7,000/month. Who You’ll Be Working With: Our current coaches are highly experienced and certified, with credentials like Precision Nutrition, Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science, and Master’s degrees in Nutrition. We also specialize in teachings from Dr Demartini and understand the psychology and behavior importance to help people change habits. Why Join Us?
