PART-TIME SALON GUEST SERVICES & BOOKING COORDINATOR

Experience The Opulent Salon \& Hair Loss Center is seeking a warm, personable, and dependable Part\-Time Salon Guest Services \& Booking Coordinator to join our team in McDonough, Georgia. This is an active, client\-facing position—not a position where you will remain seated behind a desk. You will help create a welcoming experience for every guest, assist with appointment scheduling and walk\-ins, follow up with booking inquiries, and help maintain an organized, fully stocked, client\-ready salon environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, polished, organized, comfortable speaking with customers, and willing to take initiative without waiting to be asked. SCHEDULE — 25 HOURS PER WEEK Thursday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM \- Can be remote offsite / virtual Applicants must be consistently available for the full Thursday–Sunday schedule, including weekends. COMPENSATION $10 per hour during a 30\-day paid training period Increase to $12 per hour after successful completion of training Performance review after 90 days Opportunity for increased hours and advancement as the position grows PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome every guest warmly and create a positive first impression Monitor the reception and waiting areas to ensure guests are comfortable and acknowledged Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers with salon information Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately in Vagaro Assist customers with selecting the appropriate service or stylist Follow up with missed calls, AI receptionist handoffs, booking inquiries, and customers who have not completed their appointments Help convert inquiries and walk\-ins into confirmed, deposited appointments Assist walk\-in customers by checking stylist availability and coordinating with the salon team Communicate appointment requirements, deposits, cancellation policies, and booking instructions clearly Maintain accurate client contact information and appointment notes Send booking links, appointment information, reminders, and follow\-up messages Support rebooking and help fill same\-day or upcoming appointment openings Assist with client concerns and escalate complex situations to management Keep the front desk, reception area, and guest stations clean and organized Restock tissue, coffee, beverages, cups, towels, and other salon supplies Assist with light salon laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and capes Monitor restroom and refreshment areas throughout the shift Support stylists with reasonable non\-technical tasks so they can remain focused on serving clients Help maintain the polished, welcoming experience expected at Experience The Opulent QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in salon reception, hospitality, retail, customer service, appointment scheduling, or a similar client\-facing position is preferred Experience with Vagaro or other appointment\-booking software is preferred, but we will train the right candidate Strong customer\-service and communication skills Professional telephone etiquette Friendly, confident, and polished demeanor Strong organizational and time\-management skills Ability to manage several responsibilities in a busy environment Comfortable using computers, tablets, text messaging, and booking software Willingness to learn our salon service menu, stylists, policies, and booking procedures Ability to maintain client privacy and handle confidential information appropriately Dependable, punctual, proactive, and attentive to detail Able to recognize what needs to be cleaned, stocked, or handled without waiting for constant direction Bilingual abilities are highly preferred but not required Must be able to stand, walk through the salon, handle light laundry, and restock supplies during the shift WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE The successful candidate will help us: Respond to booking inquiries quickly Recover missed and incomplete bookings Increase confirmed appointments and deposits Keep Vagaro appointments accurate Provide prompt assistance to walk\-in guests Maintain an organized and client\-ready salon Ensure customers feel welcomed, informed, and well cared for Allow our stylists to remain focused on their scheduled clients LOCATION Experience The Opulent Salon \& Hair Loss Center 303 Jonesboro Road McDonough, GA 30253 TO APPLY Please submit your résumé and include a brief explanation of why you would be a strong fit for this position.
