LOMP.ai is an innovative AI startup in its Beta phase, backed patented technology. We're looking for a motivated individual who wants to help build a fast\-growing company from the ground up. As an early team member, you'll work directly with leadership, helping improve operations, support product development, and leverage AI tools to make our business more efficient. Your ideas and contributions will have a direct impact on the future of LOMP.ai. Position Details Position: Startup Operations \& AI Assistant (Part\-Time) Location: Remote (initial in\-person meetings required) Compensation: Starting at $30/hour (minimum 10 hours per week) Advancement: Compensation and responsibilities reviewed at project milestones Reports To: General Manager Confidentiality: Signed NDA required Primary Responsibilities Coordinate administrative and project activities. Schedule meetings and maintain documentation. Assist with AI research, testing, and prompt development. Prepare emails, reports, and business documents. Track projects using Agile tools – Trello and Slack. Support developers, designers, and contractors. Help test new platform features and document feedback. Maintain confidential information and recommend workflow improvements. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Self\-motivated with excellent attention to detail – hand raising. Comfortable learning new technologies and AI tools. Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub, Slack, Trello, or Azure DevOps is a plus. Basic HTML knowledge is helpful but not required. Technologies You'll Be Exposed To ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Slack, Trello, HTML email templates, Elasticsearch, AWS Amplify Gen 2, Amazon S3, Amazon Cognito, Amazon SES, AWS Lambda, and Next.js 14\. Engine Theory. Training is provided. We hire for attitude, curiosity, integrity, and a willingness to learn—not mastery of every technology.
